Each Merchant Account below has different costs involved. To help you make the best choice for your business, a comparison chart of total monthly costs for various sales amounts is given at the bottom of the page.

Levels 1 to 4 are merchant accounts which will show your company name on your customer’s credit card statement. This projects a more professional and trustworthy look and decreases chargebacks. Level 5 will show a third party on your customer’s statement. However, acceptance into Level 5 is much easier and quicker.

It also assumes an average sale of $50.00. Keep in mind that a high rate of chargebacks can increase your costs dramatically.

American Express also requires a separate merchant account which we can arrange for you if you indicate it on your application. Acceptance for the other credit cards does not mean automatic acceptance for American Express Also, the discount rates charged by American Express may be higher and are assigned on a case per case basis by American Express.

** Level 1 and Level 2 merchant accounts allow you to accept your choice of 3 currencies. Additional currencies, upto 120,  may be added on for an additional and one-time, per currency fee.

*** Level 5 offers no-fee for ACH deposits to US or participating Canadian bank accounts. FREE Check Payment or Low Cost Wire to Non US Bank Accounts

**** Merchants outside the US and Canada can apply for Levels 1 and 2. However, all startup costs, rates and approval and remittance times will be determined on a case by case basis. The credit card companies determine this by the country you live in, your expected volume, the type of product you sell, etc.
